Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Octagon Sport.nl (the “Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”). If you have any questions, please contact us at shop@octagonsport.nl.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

   If you are a consumer purchasing online within the Netherlands / European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

2. Return Conditions

   To be eligible for a return, items must:

   • be unused and in their original condition,
   • have all original tags/labels attached,
   • be returned in the original packaging or securely packed for transit.

   We may refuse returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, missing tags, or returns requested after the 14-day period.

3. How to Start a Return

   To initiate a return, email us at shop@octagonsport.nl and include:

   • your order number,
   • your name,
   • the email address used for the order,
   • the item(s) you want to return,
   • the reason for return (optional).

   We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

   Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (for example: wrong item sent or a defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

   After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

   Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

   The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

   • personalized or custom-made items,
   • made-to-order items,
   • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (if applicable).

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

   If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@octagonsport.nl and include photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution (replacement or refund) and cover reasonable return shipping costs in such cases.
